The Ultimate Wood Fillet Board makes fish prep work easier. The 24-inch Hardwood fillet board has a fish mouth spreader on one end to hold the fish firmly in place and an attached slotted “skin-pin” on the other. Carved grooves help keep the fish from sliding.
