Description

The Carolina Oyster Knife consists of two parts, the blade and the handle.  The blade is 410 stainless steel, hardened to Rockwell C40-45. The handle is ABS high-impact plastic with a built in hand guard. All oyster knives are dishwasher safe and manufactured entirely in the United States of America.
